The family model: working side-by-side with the customer is the key
Domenico Orsini, the owner of Elettrosistemi srl, has been distributing Benincà products for over twenty years in the provinces of Rieti and Viterbo. We asked him his opinion about the market and what it takes to make a difference. “We have a strong and consolidated relationship with Benincà, which goes beyond the professional aspect. This makes a huge difference. Today, products are almost given for granted. But what is really necessary is the human aspect. We tried to replicate Benincà’s family model even with our installers.”
The market is becoming more varied, and juggling between video surveillance, automation, and security requires a mix of technical and non-technical skills. “Focusing on our customers, understanding their needs and difficulties is the most important part of the pre-sales service.” Continued Domenico. “Today, you can’t just make an offering and install a product. Everybody, including ourselves, expects to have experience and receive a service that meets the end user’s expectations. We also help installers learn sales skills, which are becoming an important strategic asset.”
Today, Elettrosistemi supports its customers in every aspect, including commercial activities that involve quotes and proposals that can make their installers even more competitive.
